Interested in Learning how to Brew Beer?

Join us at The Inn, Farmhouse & Brewing Co. at Turkey Hill for a two-night beer-centric, hands-on brewing experience and lodging package available select weekends this winter. Spend the day inside the brew house assisting our experienced brewers, enjoy beer tastings & food pairings with features from Brew Pub Head Chef, Steve Bigger & Farmhouse Head Chef, Jim Hahn and chat all things craft beer with our Head Brewer, Donny Abraczinskas,
& Assistant Brewer, Tim Plisiewicz.

2 Night Friday/Saturday minimum stay.

Package Includes:

Friday night: Pre-brewer’s meeting at 6:30 pm with the Brewers inside the Brew House at The Brewing Co.
Overview of Saturday Brew Day with Beer Style & Recipe
Brew House Safety Review: Rubber gloves and Protective Eye wear will be provided.
Beer Sampling and Select Appetizers provided by THBC

Saturday: Brew Day-be part of the entire brewing process from start to finish.
Breakfast: Served at the Inn, available starting at 7 am
Brew day/Mash in begins at 9 am
Lunch: 12:30 Provided by THBC
Day finishes around 4 pm
Meet back at Brew House at 6:30ish (possibly sooner) to enjoy a beer or two with the Brewer’s and chat about the day.
Brewer’s Dinner Pairing at The Farmhouse(Price included in package) – Menu changes for each Weekend  based on brews.
What to bring: Long sleeve shirt & pants, boots or waterproof shoes, and hat – appetite for food and beer…
